7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timescales quoted on the site are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, customs clearance and adverse weather.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Your statutory rights (UK/EU customers): Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or evidence that they have been returned.
Condition of returns: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Faulty or incorrect goods: If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at [EMAIL] within [NUMBER] days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, [pierced earrings / other applicable items] cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations unless faulty.
