Ordering
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, then take around 7–15 working days to reach UK addresses. Every order is tracked, and you'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Is shipping free?
UK orders over £40 ship free. Under £40, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery takes 10–25 working days depending on where you are, and any customs charges are your responsibility.
The masks
What size are they?
One size fits most. The fabric is stretchy and fits adult and teen heads comfortably. See our size guide for measurements.
Can I see, breathe and talk in it?
Yes. There's a wide eye opening for full vision, and the fabric is thin and breathable, so you can talk, drink and breathe normally.
What are they made of?
Lightweight polyester. The 3D Animal Balaclava uses a soft ice-silk fabric; the Horror Print Balaclava uses a thin quick-dry knit. Both are machine-printed, so the design won't peel or crack.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold and air dry. Don't tumble dry, iron or bleach, as that can fade the print.
Can I wear it under a helmet or hood?
Yes. The Horror Print Balaclava is slim enough to go under a motorcycle helmet, ski helmet or hood. The 3D Animal Balaclava has ears, so it works under a hood but not a tight helmet.
Are they only for Halloween?
Not at all. They're balaclavas first, so they work as ski masks, cycling face covers, festival fits and winter warmers.
Returns
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it, as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email jscustomzstartup@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.
Can I exchange for a different design?
The quickest way is to return the one you have for a refund and place a new order, so we can get the new one out straight away.
